To remove an item from other people's calendars, we need the event ID. To find the event ID, enter this URL to go to Google Calendar in debugging mode: https://www.google.com/calendar/render?gsessionid=OK&eventdeb=1. Click the ... menu and go to "Troubleshooting info", then click the "Copy" button and paste it into your Tech Support ticket. It should look something like this:
If this is a recurring meeting, please let us know if you want to remove the entire series or just the one instance you copied.
We also need a list of every person we should remove it from (there is no option to remove it from everyone, we have to explicitly list the email address of each person to remove). If you're not sure, we can try to find all the invitees from the event logs, but that may be incomplete.
