To allow Tech Support to have remote access to your commputer, you'll need to allow additional permissions for AnyDesk. 

First, open AnyDesk.  If you see a triangle "!" icon to the left of your address, you need to allow additional permissions.  If you don't see the icon, you have already granted the necessary permissions.

If you see the icon, click on it, and it will bring up the permission settings. 

These settings will only work properly if you follow these steps exactly as shown.  

1. Click on the "reset all permissions" button at the bottom to reset all settings, then close and re-open AnyDesk.

2. Now enable each permission, starting from the top with Screen Recording.  First click the button to open the preference pane, then enable the permission.



3. When asked to restart, click the "Quit & Reopen" button.
