Overview:

  • We are going to provide you with the download instructions for Workplace and Work Chat contents for backup purposes. 


How to download:  

  • Go to the workplace portal.  
    https://quandoo.workplace.com/

  • Click on your profile on the bottom left and select Settings.

  • Click on Download Your Data. 


  • Choose the Date Range and other settings as required.
    Note: file could be in GBs if you select all options. 


    • Once you are done with the selection, click on Create File.
    • You will see the file is ready to download under the Available Copies Tab after some time (it will take time to appear, depending on your data). 



      • Click on Download and this file will be downloaded in the Zip folder. 

      • Unzip the folder and it's ready to use. 

      • Done!
